The Ruko-102174F tapered countersink is a high-precision tool designed to deliver exceptional performance when machining a variety of materials. Made of high-speed steel (HSS) with a special black titanium nitride coating, this countersink allows for superior quality cuts without the need for coolant. Its split-point cutting edge, compliant with DIN 1412 C, along with a 118° cutting angle and a 20/30° taper angle, ensures efficient penetration and a clean finish every time.

The innovative chip flute design, combined with CBN grinding, minimizes noise and vibration, guaranteeing a smooth, burr-free cut. This countersink is ideal for working with non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics, and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick.
