Description

The Ruko-101093 step drill is a high-precision tool designed for drilling sheet metal in various industries, including electrical, plumbing, heating, and automotive. Its innovative design and advanced technical features make it an ideal choice for drilling pre-tapping holes according to DIN/EN 60423, with a diameter range of 5.3 to 30.5 mm in 9 steps.

The DIN 1412 C split point cutting edge, along with a 118° cutting angle and a 90° taper angle, ensures optimal cutting performance. The drill is designed for right-hand cutting, and its CBN grinding, combined with spiral chip flutes, minimizes noise, vibration, and burrs during use. Each step of the drill is radially adjusted and ground, guaranteeing accuracy with every hole.

The steps are laser-marked for ease of use, and it is suitable for sheet metal up to 4 mm thick.
