- You have a period of 15 days from delivery to make a return, in accordance with articles 68 and following of the general law for the defense of consumers and users and complementary laws.

- In the event of withdrawal, the amount of the equipment will be returned to the customer, including postage.

Return conditions

To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, that is, the seal or the guarantee packaging of the product must be intact, especially in electronic products, at except for manufacturing defects. Otherwise, it will not be possible to make the return.

Under no circumstances will the return of products used, manipulated or damaged due to misuse be accepted.
