• The diameter of the ball is approximate: it is possible that the diameter of the ball can vary up to one centimeter depending on the manufacturing process, it is important that take into account if there are more balls in the same lamp so that they all have the same size. Claims for diameters less than one centimeter in diameter will not be accepted.
• The diameter of the lower opening, like the diameter of the ball, can vary by one centimeter. This does not present any difficulty when installing the crystal ball, since it is held with clips on a sufficiently wide base.
• It is a fragile product, intended for interior lighting. A small bump can damage them.
• When you buy a new crystal ball, it is possible that if you have others in the same lamp, it may appear clearer. This is because it is new. We recommend that if you have a lamp with old balls, that you change all the lampshades at the same time so that they all have the same appearance.
