The Ruko-262138E is a tap specifically designed for machine use, complying with DIN 5156 standards. Made of high-speed steel (HSS-Co 5), this tap features a flute shank, ideal for creating through threads. Its design includes a first cut in a B shape, allowing for 4 to 5 initial cutting passes, ensuring a precise and efficient finish.
This tap is compatible with DIN ISO 228 “G” threads, commonly used for cylindrical tubes, as well as DIN 2299 “Rp” threads, which correspond to Whitworth tubes. The tap flanks are ground and de-rimed, contributing to greater durability and performance during use. Furthermore, its polished surface facilitates smooth sliding and reduces friction during the threading process.
The cut is right-handed, which is standard in most industrial applications.- Overflow stem for through threads
