The Ruko-246020UNF tap set is designed for creating through and blind hole threads in a variety of materials, including unalloyed and low-alloy steels with a tensile strength of up to 800 N/mm², as well as malleable cast iron and non-ferrous metals. This tap set allows for an efficient threading process, as the thread is cut in two steps, ensuring a precise, high-quality finish.

The set includes two pieces: one for roughing and one for finishing, ensuring optimal results in every application. The thread is American UNF type, characterized by its fine threading and a 2B tolerance, providing a perfect fit. Furthermore, the bright surface of the taps facilitates smooth operation and reduces friction during use.

The cut is right-handed, which is standard in most threading applications.
