The Ruko-235101 tap set is designed for creating through and blind hole threads in a variety of materials, including unalloyed and low-alloy steels with a tensile strength of up to 800 N/mm², as well as malleable cast iron and non-ferrous metals. This set enables an efficient tapping process, as the thread is tapped in two steps, ensuring a precise, high-quality finish.

The set includes two pieces: a roughing tap and a finishing tap, which optimizes the tapping process and ensures consistent results. The thread is a fine metric type, conforming to DIN ISO 13, and has an ISO 2/6H tolerance, making it suitable for applications requiring a precise fit.

Furthermore, the bright surface of the taps facilitates sliding and reduces friction during use.
