Description:
One-component polyurethane foam curing in contact with ambient humidity for application with a cannula. Once cured, the foam can be cut, drilled, painted or plastered and has a structure formed mainly by closed cells that gives it a high thermal and acoustic insulating power.
It has great adhesion to most construction materials such as concrete, wood, fiber cement, construction, PVC, fiberglass reinforced polyester, etc. COLLAK FOAM does not adhere to polyethylene, Teflon or silicone.
Resistant to aging, mold and microorganisms. It is not resistant to UV rays.
Application:
Insulation, sealing and filling of joints, cracks and gaps in construction in general: filling of cavities between carpentry (window and door frames) and walls , gluing of insulating and decorative panels, fixing of doors and windows, insulation of pipes and cables, sealing joints in chimneys, adjustment and filling of space in roof tiles or asbestos cement.
It is also indicated for fixing tiles in the construction of roofs.
