The Ruko-102130 is a high-precision tapered countersink, designed according to DIN 335, with a 90° countersinking angle and a maximum diameter of 23 mm. This tool features a DIN 1412 C split point cutting edge, which allows for a more efficient start and reduces the possibility of slippage. Its 118° cutting angle and 20/30° taper angle ensure optimal performance in a variety of applications.
CBN grinding, along with the ingenious chip flute design, guarantees a clean and efficient cut, minimizing noise, vibration, and burr formation. This countersink is suitable for working with non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics, and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick.
Its Morse taper handle and three cutting edges make it versatile and effective on a wide range of materials, including steel, cast iron, and light metals.- Cutting point: Split point DIN 1412 C
