The Ruko-102129 is a high-precision tapered countersink, designed according to DIN 335, with a 90° countersinking angle and a maximum diameter of 20.5 mm. This tool features a DIN 1412 C split-point cutting edge, which optimizes material penetration, and a 118° cutting angle, enabling superior performance in a variety of applications. Its design includes a 20/30° taper angle and a right-hand cutting edge, facilitating work with different types of materials.
CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) grinding and the ingenious chip flute arrangement ensure efficient cutting, minimizing noise, vibration, and burr formation. This countersink is suitable for working with non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics, and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick.
It comes in a translucent plastic case with a hanger, making it easy to store and transport.- Cutting point: Split point DIN 1412 C
