Description
The Ruko-102263 tapered countersink is a high-precision tool designed to deliver exceptional performance when countersinking various materials. Made of K20 carbide, this countersink features a split point cutting edge according to DIN 1412 C, allowing for a more efficient and precise start. Its 118° cutting angle and 20/30° taper angle ensure an optimal finish in every application. The right-hand cutting design and cylindrical handle facilitate ergonomic and effective handling.
CBN grinding and the chip flute arrangement are optimized to minimize noise, vibration, and burr formation, guaranteeing a cleaner and quieter working process.
This countersink is ideal for working with non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics, and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick. Its integral carbide head makes it especially suitable for abrasive and high-alloy steels with a tensile strength exceeding 1,000 N/mm² and a hardness greater than 240 HB.Product Details
