The Ruko-102123F tapered countersink is a high-precision tool designed to deliver exceptional performance when machining a variety of materials. Made of high-speed steel (HSS) with a special black titanium nitride coating, this countersink allows for superior quality cuts without the need for coolant. Its innovative design includes a split-point cutting edge according to DIN 1412 C, which optimizes material penetration, while the 118° cutting angle and 20/30° taper angle ensure a clean and precise finish. Thanks to CBN grinding and chip evacuation channels, noise, vibration, and burrs are minimized during the cutting process.

This countersink is ideal for working with non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics, and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick.
