Description

The Ruko-102121F tapered countersink is a high-precision tool designed to deliver exceptional performance when machining a variety of materials. Made of high-speed steel (HSS) with a special black titanium nitride coating, this countersink allows for clean and efficient cuts without the need for coolant. Its innovative design includes a split point cutting edge according to DIN 1412 C, a 118° cutting angle, and a 20/30° taper angle, facilitating optimized right-hand cutting.

CBN grinding and careful chip fluting ensure a quiet, vibration-free cutting process, minimizing burr formation.

This countersink is ideal for working with non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics, and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick.

It comes in a translucent plastic case with a hanger, making it easy to store and transport.
