The Ruko-102119F tapered countersink is a high-precision tool designed to deliver efficient and clean cuts in a variety of materials. Made of high-speed steel (HSS) with a special black titanium nitride coating, this countersink allows for operation without coolant, although its performance is significantly improved when used with coolant. Its innovative design includes a split-point cutting edge according to DIN 1412 C, a 118° cutting angle, and a 20/30° taper angle, facilitating right-side cuts and optimizing surface finish quality.

CBN grinding and the chip flute arrangement ensure quiet, vibration-free, and burr-free cutting, making it an ideal choice for working with non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics, and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick.
