The Ruko-102118F tapered countersink is a high-precision tool designed to deliver exceptional performance when machining a variety of materials. Made of high-speed steel (HSS) with a special black titanium nitride coating, this countersink allows for quality cuts without coolant, although using coolant further improves results compared to gold titanium. Its innovative design includes a split point cutting edge according to DIN 1412 C, a 118° cutting angle, and a 20/30° taper angle, ensuring efficient and precise cutting.

CBN grinding and optimized chip flute arrangement ensure clean cutting, minimizing noise, vibration, and burr formation. This countersink is ideal for working with non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics, and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick.
