Made of high-speed steel (HSS) with a special black titanium nitride coating, this countersink allows for clean and efficient cuts without the need for coolant. Its DIN 1412 C split point cutting edge and 118° cutting angle ensure optimal material penetration, while the 20/30° taper angle facilitates a professional finish in every application. Thanks to CBN grinding and the innovative chip flute design, noise, vibration, and burr formation are minimized during the cutting process.

This countersink is ideal for working with non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics, and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick.
