The Ruko-102111F tapered countersink is a high-precision tool designed to deliver exceptional performance when machining a variety of materials. Made of high-speed steel (HSS) with a special black titanium nitride coating, this countersink allows for clean and efficient cuts without the need for coolant. Its DIN 1412 C split point cutting edge and 118° cutting angle ensure optimal material penetration, while the chip flute design, along with CBN grinding, minimizes noise, vibration, and burrs during the cutting process.

This countersink is ideal for working with non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics, and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick.
