The Ruko-102107T is a high-precision tapered countersink, designed according to DIN 335, offering exceptional performance in machining a variety of materials. Made of high-speed steel (HSS) and coated with titanium nitride (TiN), this countersink guarantees superior durability and strength. Its DIN 1412 C split point and 118° cutting angle allow for efficient material penetration, while the 20/30° taper angle and right-hand cutting optimize the countersinking process.

The innovative CBN grinding design and chip evacuation channels ensure a clean and precise cut, minimizing noise, vibration, and burr formation. This countersink is ideal for working with non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics, and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick.
