The Ruko-102121E tapered countersink is a high-precision tool designed to deliver exceptional performance when countersinking various materials. Made of HSS-Co 5, this countersink features a split point cutting edge according to DIN 1412 C, allowing for a more efficient start and reducing the risk of slippage. With a 118° cutting angle and a 20/30° taper angle, this countersink is optimized for right-hand cutting, ensuring precise and clean results.

CBN grinding and the ingenious chip flute design ensure smooth cutting, minimizing noise, vibration, and burr formation. It is particularly suitable for working with non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics, and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick.
