Description

The Ruko-102119-1E tapered countersink is a high-precision tool designed to deliver exceptional performance when countersinking various materials. Made of HSS-Co 5 steel, this countersink features a split-point cutting edge according to DIN 1412 C, allowing for easier and more precise cutting starts. Its 118° cutting angle and 20/30° taper angle ensure a clean and efficient finish, while its right-hand cutting design optimizes the user experience.

CBN grinding and the ingenious chip flute arrangement guarantee smooth cutting, minimizing noise, vibration, and burr formation. This countersink is ideal for working with non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics, and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick.

Its 90° countersink angle and cylindrical shank, along with its three cutting edges, make it a versatile and efficient tool, especially for working with high-alloy steels such as V2A and V4A.
