Made of HSS-Co 5, this countersink features a split-point cutting edge according to DIN 1412 C, allowing for easier and more precise cutting starts. Its 118° cutting angle and 20/30° taper angle ensure a clean and efficient finish, while its right-hand cutting design optimizes the user experience.

CBN grinding and the ingenious chip flute configuration minimize noise, vibration, and burr formation, guaranteeing a more comfortable and effective work process. This countersink is suitable for a wide range of materials, including non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics, and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick.
