Description

The Ruko-102125F DIN 335 Form C 90° HSS-TiAlN Countersink is a high-precision tool designed to deliver exceptional performance when countersinking various materials. Made of high-speed steel (HSS) with a special black titanium nitride coating, this countersink allows for superior quality cuts, even without coolant. Its innovative design includes a DIN 1412 C split point cutting edge, a 118° cutting angle, and a 20/30° taper angle, ensuring efficient and clean right-hand cuts.

CBN grinding and optimized chip flute configuration minimize noise, vibration, and burr formation, guaranteeing a smoother and more controlled machining process.

This countersink is ideal for working with non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics, and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick. It comes in a translucent plastic case with a hanger, facilitating storage and transport.
