Description
The Ruko-102114F tapered countersink is a high-precision tool designed to deliver exceptional performance when machining a variety of materials. Made of high-speed steel (HSS) with a special black titanium nitride coating, this countersink allows for high-quality cuts without coolant, although using coolant further improves results compared to gold titanium. Its design includes a split point cutting edge according to DIN 1412 C, a 118° cutting angle, and a 20/30° taper angle, ensuring efficient and clean cuts.
CBN grinding and optimized chip flute arrangement minimize noise, vibration, and burr formation, guaranteeing a superior finish.
This countersink is ideal for working with non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics, and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick. It comes in a translucent plastic case with a hanger, facilitating its storage and transport.Product Details
