Description

The Ruko-102277 is a high-precision conical countersink, designed according to DIN 335, with a 90° countersinking angle and a long cylindrical shank. This tool is ideal for countersinking a wide variety of materials, including non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick. Its innovative design includes a DIN 1412 C split point cutting point, which allows for a more efficient and precise start to the cut.

The 118° cutting angle and 20/30° taper angle, along with its three cutting edges, ensure optimal performance in diverse applications.

Thanks to CBN grinding and the chip ejection channel design, the Ruko-102277 minimizes noise, vibration, and burr formation, guaranteeing a clean and professional finish.
