Description

The Ruko-271004F thread profiler, designed according to DIN 2174, is a high-precision tool made of HSSE-Co 5 high-speed steel coated with black titanium nitride (TiAlN). This coating not only improves heat dissipation but also allows for operation without coolant, optimizing the machining process. This profiler is ideal for working with alloy steels, non-alloy steels, and V2A steels with a tensile strength of up to 900 N/mm², as well as non-ferrous metals.

One of the most outstanding features of this profiler is that the thread is formed without cutting, minimizing chip formation and ensuring consistent accuracy, even in long production runs.

Its design allows for right-hand cutting, meeting the specifications of DIN ISO 13 metric threads and ISO 2/6H tolerance.
