Repopulating Lawn Seeds

- Work the soil with rakes or aerators available on the market, forming small grooves 1-2 cm deep.
- Before sowing again, it is advisable to fertilize the areas with fertilizers with a high nitrogen content. Periodic fertilization is always recommended during the season.
- Generally, the best time to fertilize is spring. A second fertilization in September is advisable.
- The most recommended periods for regeneration are March, April, September and October. It can also be sown in February, June, July, August and November, taking care to avoid drought or extreme cold.
- Sow the areas manually, taking care to cover well with cross passages, first in one direction, then in the other. Then cover the seeds with sand or soil. Next, roll the affected areas and water abundantly.
- The recommended amount of seeds to use is approximately 1 kg per 30 square meters. The amount may be less if the area is slightly damaged.
