The Ruko-102125E tapered countersink is a high-precision tool designed to deliver exceptional performance when countersinking various materials. Made of HSS-Co 5 steel, this countersink features a split point cutting edge according to DIN 1412 C, allowing for easier and more precise cutting starts. Its 118° cutting angle and 20/30° taper angle ensure a clean, professional finish every time.
The innovative design of the Ruko-102125E includes CBN grinding and optimized chip evacuation channels, minimizing noise, vibration, and burr formation during the cutting process. This tool is suitable for working with non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics, and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick.
