Description

The Ruko-102125A is a high-precision tapered countersink specifically designed for machining aluminum and other non-ferrous metals. With a maximum diameter of 31 mm, this tool features a DIN 1412 C split point cutting edge, which allows for a more efficient start and reduces the risk of slippage. Its 118° cutting angle and 20/30° taper angle ensure a clean, professional finish in every application.

The innovative design of the Ruko-102125A includes CBN grinding which, along with optimized chip evacuation channels, minimizes noise, vibration, and burr formation during the cutting process.

This tool is suitable for working with non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics, and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick.
