Description

The Ruko-102318 is a high-precision tapered countersink, designed according to DIN 335, offering a 118° cutting angle and a 20/30° taper angle, ideal for countersinking a variety of materials. Its DIN 1412 C split point cutting edge allows for a more efficient start, minimizing slippage and ensuring a clean finish. Thanks to CBN grinding and the ingenious chip flute design, this countersink ensures optimal cutting, free of noise, vibration, and burrs, making it an essential tool for precision work.

The Ruko-102318 is suitable for working with non-ferrous metals, steel, thermoplastics, and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick.

Its 1/4" hexagonal shank allows direct connection to drills and screwdrivers equipped with a 1/4" chuck, as well as any 1/4" bit holder. It comes in a translucent plastic case with a hanger, facilitating storage and transport.
