Peninsular Spain : we ship within 24 hours the next business day after the merchandise is shipped, except for bulky products.
Balearic Islands : deliveries are made in 48/72 hours from the dispatch of the order.

Does the agency notify me of the specific date and time of delivery?
No, the agency has no obligation to contact to arrange delivery, except for orders with special items or remote areas. The delivery of these orders will be arranged, mainly, by sms or e-mail the day before, or by a phone call approximately one hour before delivery. It is important to update all delivery data so that there is no incident in the delivery of the package.
Can I pick up the order personally from a destination delegation?
All our orders are delivered to your home, except in cases where delivery has not been possible. After two delivery attempts, the transport agency will notify you so that you can pick up your package from the nearest delegation. What if I'm not home when the transport agency comes?
Transportation agencies make two delivery attempts at home. If this is not possible, the transport agency will contact you to arrange delivery. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to the warehouses of origin.
What transport agency will deliver my order?
Although by default a transport agency appears, it is possible that due to particularities of the order or destination, we use another company. In any case, it will be informed at the time of the expedition which company will make the shipment and the tracking number when it is available.
How do I locate my order?
From the moment of the expedition, you will be able to check its status from your electricity store account. You just have to enter your orders to check the status and tracking. Please note that during the first few hours tracking may not be available because the package has not been scanned at the logistics center.
What time is the delivery of my order?

Can I change the delivery address of my order?
The delivery address is the key element for a successful expedition. It is possible to make a change of address, always before the expedition. Once the package is shipped, it is not possible to make changes to the location, only corrections for the correct delivery of the package.
